Language Assistance Policy

Anstaff Bank (Bank) endeavors to provide support to persons with limited English proficiency (LEP). Currently, the Bank is privileged to assist LEP customers. In the event that the Bank has a LEP customer or potential customer, we will provide language support.

The Bank currently employs two Spanish speaking employees that can assist a LEP customer with their banking needs at any of our branches through interpretation services. Google Translator may also be used to accommodate a LEP customer.
